Occupants kept a resident of Kherson region in a Crimean detention center in secret for almost two years

October 21, 2024

It is likely that a 23-year-old Hanna Yeltsova, who was recently
detained by the Russian occupiers in Crimea, was abducted much earlier
– at the end of 2022. This is stated in the report “Tribunal. Crimean
extortion”.

“For almost two years, Yeltsova has been held incommunicado with her
family and the outside world in  Simferopol pre-trial detention
center. Probably, the FSB has only now got around to filing charges
of espionage,” – the statement reads.

We remind that on October 18 it became known that a girl born in 2001
was detained in the occupied Crimea. According to the occupiers, she
was “collecting” data on the location of Russian military bases in the
Kherson region and sending it via Telegram.
