On Friday, February 3, the Bakhchysarai magistrates court fined the mother of political prisoner Seyran Khayretdynov, Hulnara Khayretdynova, 500 rubles under Part 2 of Article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with the legal requirements of a bailiff). It is reported by the Crimean Solidarity.
It is noted that an elderly woman has a disability of the 3rd group and asthma. The defense intends to appeal the decision of the court.
Recall that in 2022, Hulnara Khayretdynova, having left for another trip to the court to her son in the city of Rostov-on-Don, took a small penknife with her. She wanted to cut food for them on the road.
When the woman went to court, she forgot to leave the knife in the car. At the entrance to the court building, during the inspection of the bag, the bailiff found him and drew up a protocol on an administrative offense.
