the occupiers conducted at least 99 exercises of the Russian army in
Crimea.

There is a tendency that the occupiers are increasingly justifying
loud explosions on the peninsula by conducting regular military
exercises.
We would like to remind you that military exercises, propaganda of
military service and conscription into the armed forces of the Russian
Federation have been regularly held in the occupied Crimea since 2014.
We emphasize that the exercises conducted by the Russian military are
destroying the ecosystem of the peninsula and are a gross violation of
international law.
