The occupiers have charged a 37-year-old resident of Akyar (Sevastopol) in so-called “extremism.” According to the occupation investigation, he allegedly published “calls to kill Russians” on the Telegram messenger. This was reported by the occupation media with reference to the press service of the occupation “FSB of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.”
“The ‘court’ of the city of Sevastopol found the man guilty and sentenced him to two years’ imprisonment, suspended for three years. The convicted man is also deprived of the right to engage in activities related to the administration of Internet resources for two years,” – the report says.
According to the occupying security forces, the man “posted materials on Telegram in which he actively called for extremist actions.” He was charged under Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
