In fact, if someone occupied someone, then it was Russia that occupied part of Ukraine, and not in essence, but in reality.
It is worth reminding Patrushev that most European countries are members of NATO, and they joined there so as not to become victims of aggression, including from Russia. Therefore, the European states within the framework of the Alliance perform the tasks of their own protection, and the presence of the US military in individual EU states only contributes to the fulfillment of this task.
