With it, the United States plans (this sounds officially in Pentagon documents) to decapitate the enemy state by inflicting a one-time strike on decision-making centers with at least five thousand high-precision cruise missiles that no air defense will have time to intercept”,- said Franz Klintsevich, Senator of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, broadcast by the Crimean media.
In fact, there are no documents that would confirm the existence of such a concept in relation to Russia. Moreover, there is no such concept at the NATO level. Referring to Pentagon documents, the senator is silent that the concept of defense / offensive actions of one of the defense departments of NATO countries does not mean that such concepts are accepted by the Alliance as a whole.
And Klintsevich modestly kept silent that it is Russia that is implementing the tactics of simultaneous massive missile strikes, destroying Ukraine.
