The Head of the Board of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, a member of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, Eskender Bariiev, said in an interview with Radio NV that Ukraine needs to actively prepare for the reintegration of Crimea.
“We need to prepare for the reintegration of Crimea, and we are currently engaged in this. We need an in-depth analysis of the legislation of Ukraine regarding the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, in order to improve this legislation even before the deoccupation, because we need a legal toolkit”,- he said.
The expert emphasized that Ukraine is not an aggressor, Ukraine is not a colonizer, Ukraine is a democratic state governed by the rule of law, which, having returned its territories in a legal sense, will do everything to ensure that Crimea is reintegrated into its country as soon as possible.
