On Saturday, June 26, a solemn procession took place in the center of Kyiv, timed to the 11th anniversary of the Day of the Crimean Tatar Flag. Several hundred people carried the 40-meter national flag along the central street of the capital – Khreshchatyk. The event ended with a rally on Maydan Nezalezhnosti, at which representatives of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, activists, religious and political figures held their speeches.
