In Vinnytsia, an action Does it hurt? dedicated to the seventh anniversary of resistance to the occupation of Crimea took place

March 9, 2021

On Friday, February 26, the day of resistance to the occupation of Crimea, the action Does it hurt? was held in Vinnytsia, which was earlier launched by the International Movement for the De-occupation of Crimea and Solidarity with the Crimean Tatar People #LIBERATECRIMEA and the Crimean Tatar Resource Center. The activists unfurled posters with the inscriptions: Does it hurt you?, MP, does it hurt you?, You are in my heart!, MP, help the Kremlin's  hostages!

Campaign Does it hurt? aims to remind the international community about the occupation of Crimea, about the violation of human rights on the peninsula, about the systemic repressions of the Russian Federation against the Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar peoples and about the fact that after seven years we still have pain. Despite such a long period of time, every Ukrainian, every Crimean Tatar, every caring person hurts for the fate of the peninsula and for the Crimeans who suffered at the hands of the invaders.

The action was organized by the "Vetan" public organization, #LIBERATECRIMEA activists and the Crimean Tatar Resource Center.
