On March 13, 2020, after the press release of the results of the negotiations of the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak confirmed the signing of the document on the “Advisory Council” as planned for March 25, 2020 as part of the political subgroup of the Tripartite Contact Group, which includes full-fledged representatives of Ukraine and the so-called “representatives” of the “temporarily occupied areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.”
