Khalil Mambetov, Ekrem Krosh and Refat Seidametov, who are defendants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case, were sent for a psychiatric examination to the Crimean Republican Clinical Psychiatric Hospital 1. It is reported by the Crimean solidarity.
The exact length of stay for a psychiatric examination is unknown, but it does not exceed 28 days. Relatives were unable to visit the political prisoners in the hospital, but handed them food.
“Despite the fact that we know and are sure that this is part of the pressure, part of unreasonable illegal actions, it is pointless to appeal against this decision. The courts and the prosecutor’s office, in case of filing complaints, will refer to the fact that the investigator has the right to do so. The vast majority of cases, approaching 100%, take the side of the investigation”,- said lawyer Oleksii Ladin.
We remind that on January 24, 2023, the occupants arrested Ekrem Krosh, Aider Asanov, Refat Seidametov, Osman Abdurazakov, Leman Zekiriaiev, Khalil Mambetov.
