Invaders destroy the unique stone map of Kara-Khoddzha

It is reported that in the Crimean steppe, because of supposedly agrarian work, but in fact – because of the next fortifications of the invaders near the Simferopol-Armiansk highway, a unique landmark is being destroyed – a stone map of Neolithic petroglyphs, discovered in 1977.

The systematic study of the monument began already in independent Ukraine since 1999, then it got its name, in honor of the Crimean Tatar village located nearby, destroyed in 1944.

“The composition resembles a map of the starry sky and the paths of distant luminaries across the sky. Obviously, we have before us a unique steppe sanctuary associated with certain calendar astronomical representations and an agricultural and pastoral cult”,- archaeologists wrote.

The current systematic destruction of the unique memo by the occupiers takes place in conditions where the aggressor has not included this object in the registers of cultural heritage objects.
