The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted amendments to the law on leaving the territory of the Russian Federation. Now the conscripts will have their passports taken away for storage during military service.
This is reported by the Russian media.
The draftee must hand over the passport within five days from the date of the decision to call. It will be returned only after the end of the service. If the corresponding document is not handed over without a good reason, the passport will be invalidated.
We see that the problem of illegal mobilization in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine remains relevant.
