In the first half of 2024, Russian law enforcers placed Crimean political prisoners in punitive isolation cells, special blocks and solitary confinement cells at least 8 times. This is stated in the analysis of human rights violations in Crimea by the Crimean Tatar Resource Centre.
In particular, such offences were committed by: Server Zekiryaev (2), Server Mustafaev, Teymur Abdullaev, Eskender Abdulganiev, Ali Mamutov, Oleg Prikhodko, Eskender Abdulganiev.
In fact, the practice of placing Crimean political prisoners in SHIZOs is already widespread and does not cause any surprise. Such a trend became actively manifested in 2020. The occupiers continue to exert pressure on our compatriots in order to ‘break’ and subjugate them.
It is important not to keep silent about these cases, but to record and speak about them.
