In the first half of 2024, 14 cases of deportation were recorded, 9 – in relation to the Crimean Tatars. In the same period of 2023, 40 cases were recorded (37 against Crimean Tatars) and 18 cases were recorded in 2022 (18 against Crimean Tatars)
The occupants transfered: Bogdan Ziza, Arsen Abkhairov, Ievhen Zhukov, Volodymyr Maladyka, Volodymyr Sakada, Zaur Abdullaiev , Eskender Abdulganiev, Rustem Murasov, Serhiy Tsygipa, Osman Arifmemetov, Zekirya Muratov, Ruslan Suleymanov, Ernes Ametov and Rustem Sheikhaliev.
It should be emphasised that political prisoners are being deported in inhuman conditions. In addition, the occupants purposefully take them out of Crimea for political reasons, so that people could not hold actions near prisons, to complicate the mechanism of communication with relatives and friends.
