In several schools in Yalta, 8 memorial plaques were opened for the dead soldiers of the SMO. This was announced by the Russian head of Yalta Yanina Pavlenko.
Memorial plaques were opened: Ilya Eremin and Albert Drygin in the ninth school, Pavel Vinokurov and Veniamin Kosilov, who studied in the 4th school, Yegor Shkrebets (12th school) and Leonid Savin (Alupka school 2), Alexei Murashkin, who graduated school in Krasnokaminka, as well as a graduate of the 10th school, Alexander Dolzhanov.
“The names of each are forever in the hearts of Yalta residents. We remember, we are proud, and we believe that the Victory will definitely be ours”,- Pavlenko said.
