68-year-old Halyna Dovhopola in a Russian prison fell ill with gastritis. Tamila Tasheva, the Representative of the President in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, informed ZMINA about this.
According to her, the situation with Dovhopola is very complicated because of the secrecy of the case, which is why the defenders did not see any materials.
“I know that she was born in Bakhchysarai. Left alone in the Crimea at the time of imprisonment, she persuaded her daughter and granddaughter to move from the peninsula. When she was imprisoned, we first of all tried to communicate with her relatives. They were looking for a lawyer, but, I repeat, this is one of the most mysterious cases among political prisoners. Of course, we insist on her release. But so far, she, like other captives of the Kremlin, has not been released”,- Tasheva added.
