The investigator of the FSB of the Russian Federation, who began the criminal prosecution of the freelancer Crimea.Realities Vladyslav Yesypenko, was informed of suspicion by the prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The press service of the department reports this.
“The investigation established that the suspected citizen of the Russian Federation worked for the occupiers and held the position of investigator of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. It was he who began illegal criminal proceedings against Vladyslav Yesypenko and introduced knowingly false information about the circumstances of the crime. The occupation investigator accepted the case and began an investigation”,- the statement says.
He is accused of violating the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He faces up to 12 years in prison.
