In the first half of 2023, 156 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded, 103 – in relation to the Crimean Tatars. For the same period in 2022, 166 violations were recorded, and in 2021 – 205. This is stated in the analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center.
We remind you that the Crimean Tatar Resource Center presented an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for the first half of 2023. According to the organization, 140 arrests, 104 cases of interrogations, interrogations and conversations were recorded. 156 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded.
