In the first half of 2023, 140 cases of arrests were recorded, of which 93 were against representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. For the same period in 2022, 67 arrests were recorded, and in 2021 – 96. This is stated in the analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center.

According to the organization, 140 arrests, 104 cases of interrogations, interrogations and conversations were recorded. 156 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded.
