On November 3, Farkhad Soliiev and his colleague Server Aliiev were taken to an unknown direction in a car belonging to the FSB. Lenara Seidaliieva, the mother of the missing person, reported this to Crimean Solidarity.
The mother emphasized that she was not informed about the initiation of a criminal case, about the abduction, and was not informed about the progress of the investigation, all the time being sent to the duty station, where the woman was not provided with any information.
There is no publicly available information about the initiation of the case. There is neither Soliiev nor Server in temporary detention centers and special detention centers.
On the other hand, volunteers of the LisaAlert search service did not continue the search, saying that the Ministry of Internal Affairs knew where the abducted people were.
It is also known that the investigative department of the FSB did not request lawyers appointed to protect the interests of the abducted persons.
On November 7, Lenara Seidaliieva contacted the FSB Directorate for Crimea and Aqyar (Sevastopol) – they never responded to her written or online application.
“All the information I have collected indicates that my son is being held against his will by FSB officers. I fear that illegal methods of investigation and torture will be used against my son, and I also fear not only for his health, but also for his life”,- she said.
