On Wednesday, 11 September, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said during the fourth Crimea Platform Summit that the EU will always support Ukraine’s territorial integrity.
‘It has been 10 years since Russia launched its aggression against Ukraine. Ukrainians are bravely demanding justice, democracy and a European future. Russia responded by illegally occupying the peninsula. This is clear: Crimea and Sevastopol are Ukraine. The EU will never tire of supporting Ukraine’s territorial integrity. Together we will endure and win, united as we are united in our commitment to a free and democratic Ukraine,’ Ursula von der Leyen stressed.
We shall remind you that the fourth Crimea Platform Summit started on 11 September.
