Employees of the Svovkunenko Kherson Art Museum recognized two of their paintings, which the invaders took to the Central Museum of Taurida in Akmecit (Simferopol).
The stolen art objects were identified by photographs exhibited by the occupiers. They managed to notice two large canvases: Restorers by Karlis Dobrais and In the Hills” by Leonid Labenko. In addition, the series “Elements in the Modern World” by the Kherson artist Kateryna Mykhalchenko was noticed.
