Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, the occupying authorities have drawn up 247 protocols against the Crimeans for speaking out against the war. This is reported by the  Crimean Process.

Of the 247 cases, only eight were closed or dismissed, four are still pending, and the remaining 235 cases have been punished.

It is noted that in some cases the existence of discrediting the Russian army is doubtful, but the court did not appoint linguistic expertise in any of these cases.

At least 14 people were harmed for publicly listening to or performing Ukrainian songs.

“Among other formats for expressing disagreement with the war, such as throwing eggs at a military unit, damaging banners and stickers with the symbols of a special operation or images of Putin, as well as an action that is described in a court order as follows: Publicly pinned a needle with the flag of Ukraine in product (frozen meat product), by which he expressed his disagreement with the actions of the Russian armed forces”,- human rights activists write.

According to the study, the application of Article 20.3.3 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses in the occupied territory of the peninsula is a repressive apparatus that is used to suppress anti-war sentiments.
