As a result, Osman Seytumerov, Seytumer Seytumerov, Amet Suleymanov and Rustem Seitememetov were detained. They are accused of participating in the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization banned on the territory of the Russian Federation. They are charged with Part 2 of Art. 205. Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Participation in the activities of a terrorist organization. For three years they have been illegally held in places of captivity.
We remind you that on March 11, 2020, Russian security forces raided the homes of Crimean Tatars in Bakhchysarai and the Bakhchysarai district. Searches were carried out in the house of Seytumer Seytumerov , Shukri Seitumerov, Amet Suleymanov, Seidamet Mustafayev, Rustem Seitmemetov, Ayder Suleymanov and Seitumer Seitumerov. The activists were detained. On March 12, the so-called Kyiv District Court of Simferopol sent Amet Suleymanov under house arrest. On March 13, the so-called Kyiv District Court chose a measure of restraint for the defendants in the so-called third Bakhchysarai Hizb ut-Tahrir case – Osman Seytumerov, Seytumer Seytumerov and Rustem Seitememetov in the form of detention.
