It is no coincidence that this holiday is celebrated on 14 October, as this day is the Christian holiday of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who has always been the patroness of the Ukrainian Cossacks and all Ukrainian armed forces. In 1999, 14 October became the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks.
For many years, the Ukrainian people have been courageously defending their homeland. And to this day, they continue to do so.
Today we would like to thank all the defenders of our country on various fronts: on the front line, in the rear, and in the information space.
