Crimea’s ‘governor’ Aksyonov spoke about the proposed amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. They establish criminal liability for illegal stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in rf.
‘The introduction of responsibility for illegal stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons on the territory of Russia into the criminal legislation of rf is primarily done in order to put pressure on Ukrainian citizens in the occupied territories.
