Yesterday, April 26, Leniie Umerova, a Crimean Tatar woman who is a citizen of Ukraine, was once again imprisoned for 15 days. This was reported by Refat Chubarov on his Facebook page.
A 25-year-old woman is subjected to psychological and moral torture by the occupants. The intentions of the woman’s detention are unknown, as are the objective reasons: it is believed that the case and the evidence against her are falsified, which allows the Russian security forces to initiate a case against her.
On December 4, 2022, Leniie Umerova’s hand was detained at the border when she tried to get to Crimea to her sick father.
