With the assistance of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People and the Crimean Tatar Resource Centre, national flags of the Crimean Tatar people were hung in the Government Quarter of Kyiv for the Crimean Tatar Flag Day.
We would like to remind you that since 2010 the Crimean Tatar Flag Day has been celebrated annually. Today in the occupied Crimea the Crimean Tatar flag is a symbol of indestructibility and struggle of Crimean Tatars for their freedom and rights. And very soon the Crimean Tatar flag and the national flag of Ukraine will fly freely and proudly on the Ukrainian peninsula.
