According to the SSU, the Deputy Russian Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Crimea was responsible for planning the budget, which was spent on so-called social payments for the military of the Russian Federation.
“In November 2022, she reported on the amount of budget funds that she planned to allocate in 2023 for compensation and support for soldiers of the enemy army. It is known that in 2023, the defendant paid 143 million rubles of such compensation”,- the report says.
