The prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Aqyar (Sevastopol) sent to court an indictment against a Crimean citizen who took part in the war on the side of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Aqyar (Sevastopol).
The investigation established that in 2023 the accused voluntarily joined the 810th Separate Guards Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy. For this he will be tried under Part 7 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaboration activities). He faces up to 15 years in prison.
