Crimean businessman jailed for collaborating with security forces

A collaborator and Crimean businessman received 3 years in prison. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Aqyar (Sevastopol).

“Prosecutors proved that the businessman, knowing reliably about the occupation of Crimea by the Russian armed forces, registered Kedr LLC under enemy law and in 2022 entered into a contract with the occupation unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea. According to the terms of the agreement, it must supply fuels and lubricants as part of the state defense order”,- the statement says.

It is alleged that cooperation between the convict and the security forces should last until 2024. For his work he will receive more than 126.5 million rubles.
