The occupation court in Simferopol on 19 June refused to show lawyer Emine Zekeryaeva more data about the account of Ukrainian Madina Stryapcha, who travelled to Syria and “joined an armed formation”.

Because of the communication with Stryapcha Zekeryaeva occupation Kirovskiy district court is accused of “failure to inform about the offence”.

This is reported by “Crimean solidarity” public association.

Lawyer Emil Kurbedinov said that “the court” did not allow to request the account of this girl, her activity in the social network since 2015, and geolocation. The defence side together with Zekeryaeva are sure that the FSB interfered in the correspondence with the Ukrainian citizen. At the same time, the “judge” called the request to the lawyer “unnecessary”.

The interlocutor of the Crimean Tatar woman was allegedly a member of an armed formation with goals “contrary to the interests of Russia”.

Kurbedinov stated that the criminal case against Zekeryaeva was aimed at forming the practice of denunciation by citizens.
