In Russia, the Basmanny court in Moscow has arrested 10 buildings in Akyar (Sevastopol) and six buildings in Akmesdzhit (Simferopol), which allegedly belong to Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov. Russian media outlet RIA Novosti reported.
‘According to public data, Rinat Akhmetov is the owner of the SCM Holdings Limited group, which includes the Metinvest metallurgical holding company.’ According to the investigation, persons among the managers and beneficiaries of SCM Holdings Limited from the settlement account of Metinvest Eurasia LLC, registered in Moscow, transferred funds to soldiers of the armed forces of Ukraine and other Ukrainian military formations,’ writes RIA Novosti.’
Akhmetov and the companies controlled by him have not commented on this information yet.
