The Prosecutor’s Office of Crimea has found a “judge” from the occupied Crimea guilty of collaborationist activities.
“Judge” was sentenced in absentia to 15 years in prison with deprivation of the right to hold positions in the judicial bodies for 15 years and with confiscation of property.
“In March 2023, a citizen of Ukraine voluntarily took the position of “judge” in the occupation Kyiv District Court of Simferopol. Carrying out “justice” on behalf and in the interests of the aggressor country, the convict contributed to the functioning of the system of occupation judicial bodies on the peninsula”, – stated in the message of the Prosecutor’s office.
