Canadian Institute and FNS announce new fellowship for research in Crimean Tatar studies

The Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies (CIUS) and the Faculty of Native Studies (FNS) at the University of Alberta have announced a new doctoral fellowship for research in Crimean Tatar history, culture, language, politics, or other related areas of study.

This competition is open for the 2024/25 academic year with a start date of September 1, 2024.

Interested candidates should apply after submitting an application to the Department of Indigenous Studies. Candidates must submit transcripts of all previous university/college researches, a two-page research statement, a CV, and three letters of recommendation (in English) by March 25, 2024.
