Brazilian President Lula da Silva turned to Zelenskyy with a proposal to give the occupied Crimea to Russia in exchange for stopping the war against Ukraine. This is reported by the publication Le Figaro.
“The President of Russia cannot seize the territory of Ukraine. Perhaps we will discuss Crimea. But he has to think about the fact that he also invaded … Zelenskyy also cannot want everything. The world needs rest. We must find a solution”,- the politician said.
Last year, Lula said that in Russia’s war against Ukraine, not only Putin, but also Volodymyr Zelenskyy himself was guilty, since, in his opinion, Kyiv should have abandoned the EU and negotiated with Moscow.
