This was stated by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights Dmytro Lubynets.
“60-year-old political prisoner from Crimea Azamat Eiupov, illegally sentenced to 17 years in prison, suffered four mini-strokes in prison and now can barely move. The man also has problems with his back and blood pressure. However, Russian doctors accuse him of malingering and refuse to provide any assistance. The health condition of another Crimean political prisoner, Vladlen Abdulkadyrov, is also deteriorating”,- Lubinets said.
