The magistrate “court” of Akmesdzhit (Simferopol) fined Eldar Yakubov’s wife Ayshe Yakubova a thousand rubles for “failure to comply with the lawful order of a bailiff”. This was reported by lawyer Rustem Kyamilev in the comment to “Crimean Solidarity”.
“Ayshe is assigned a fine of one thousand rubles,” – said the lawyer.
Let’s remind, on August 24 at four in the morning Russian security forces broke into the houses of six Crimean Tatars – Seidamet Mustafayev, Eldar Yakubov, Abdulmezhit Seytumerov, Ruslan Asanov, Amethan Umerov and Remzi Nimetulaev. They were then arrested.
On 17 January 2024, Ayshe’s complaint was considered, in which she claimed that the FSB investigator Vitaly Vlasov was denying her short-term visits with her husband. The “judge” denied her visits and calls. After she came out, Ayshe tried to take a picture of her husband, but the bailiff ordered her to delete the photo. She did not know about the ban and deleted the picture in his presence, but he still called other bailiffs, who drew up a report on her under Part 2 c. 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. (“Failure to comply with the request of a bailiff”). She faced a fine of three thousand roubles.
On 5 March 2024, the “judge” of the Magistrate’s “court” of Akmesdzhit (Simferopol) Ivan Kursky denied the request to summon Eldar Yakubov in the case against his wife.
The defence asked to call Eldar Yakubov for questioning as a witness, because, according to them, the Crimean Tatar knows all the circumstances during which there was an “offence” in which his wife is accused.
