The Kyiv district court arrested a resident of Aqmescit (Simferopol) Denis Bulyhin because of posts in social networks. This is reported by Qirim.news.
Denys Bulyhin is charged with violating Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda or demonstration of symbols of prohibited organizations) and Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation). This happened after the informer Aleksandr Talipov posted on his channel screenshots of Bulyhin’s Facebook page, where he distributed a 16-second video in which he allegedly expresses his support for Ukraine, shows gestures of greeting to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Bulyhin pleaded not guilty and the Kiev District Court imposed a fine of 50,000 rubles on him.
