On Wednesday, March 13, early in the morning in Bakhchisarai, Russian security forces searched the house of Edem Dudakov, a delegate of the Kurultai of the Crimean Tatar people, a member of the Kurultai’s Audit Commission.
According to the Chairman of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov on his Telegram channel, the occupation officers of the “Center for Countering Extremism” conducted investigative actions at 4:00 a.m.
“After the search, the Russian security officers took Edem Dudakov to the FSB office in Simferopol,”- Chubarov said.
As Crimean Solidarity later reported, the occupiers broke the glass front door during the search.
A protocol was drawn up in Dudakov’s house, but a copy was not left for the family.
” His wife gave him some medicine and tea in a thermos. He suffers from diabetes and hypertension. The relatives do not know what procedural status Dudakov is in, but they have already applied for legal assistance,”- the activists report.
