The second time the man was captured by the occupants in mid-April 2022, where he spent 17 days. The third time the Ukrainian was taken away from home on October 7 at about 5 p.m. According to Iryna Lytvynenko, the man was held in the SSU building in Nova Kakhovka until 18 October.

The occupation investigator in Nova Kakhovka told the relatives of Leonid Kondratskyy that he was taken to Russia.
