Another abducted Ukrainian was found in a new pre-trial detention center in the village of Chonhar, Henichesk district, Kherson region.
According to the CHRG, citing its sources, Lenur Khalilov (born June 9, 1971) from the village of Rykove, Henichesk district, is in this illegal place of detention. He is accused of violating Art. 208 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Organization of an illegal armed formation or participation in it).
The case is being conducted by the investigator of the FSB Buguliev.
