ANNOUNCEMENT: CTRC will present an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for 2022

On Tuesday, January 17 at 12:30, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center will present an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for 2022 at the Ukrinform news agency. In addition, the CTRC will present an analysis of war crimes and human rights violations in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions during the full-scale war in Ukraine.

Speakers:

Eskender Bariiev – Head of the Board of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, head of the Department for Legal Affairs and Foreign Affairs of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people;

Tetiana Podvorniak – Communications Manager of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center;

The press conference will present an analysis of the illegal actions of the occupying authorities of Crimea, violations of the right to life, liberty, security and personal integrity (searches, detentions, interrogations, arrests, etc.), violations of fundamental freedoms (violation of the right to a fair trial, high achievable level of physical and mental health) illegal transfers, etc. for 2022. In addition, the speakers will present an analysis of war crimes and human rights violations in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions during the full-scale war in Ukraine.
