The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for October 2022. According to the organization, during the reporting period, 2 detentions, 1 search, 23 arrests, 2 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations, and 2 transferrings were recorded. 29 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. There are 4 known cases of violation of the right to a high attainable level of physical and mental health. More details can be found in our report.
