The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents the analysis of violations of human rights in the occupied Crimea over February 2018. According to the organization, for over a month the Russian “security forces” conducted three searches, two of them were held in the houses of the Crimean Tatars.There were registered: 13 cases of detention, 22 interrogations and warnings presented by the occupation authorities. The total number of arrests in February made 17, 11 of which – in relation to the representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. In February, the occupation courts of Crimea imposed 3 fines a total of which is 224 500 rubles. 81 times the right to a fair trial was violated, 71 times in relation to the Crimean Tatar people. 3 times the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health was violated. Once the Russian “security officers” violated the right to peaceful assembly and 27 times to freedom of movement. In addition, there were registered 26 cases of illegal visits to Crimea and 24 cases of the deportation from Crimea.
