At the international level:
1. Despite the fact that the prohibition of the Mejlis received condemnation in UN acts, the Council of Europe, OSCE and the European Union, adopted from April 2016, there should be the reaction in the form of political statements and resolutions of International organizations, the European Parliament, national parliaments of different states;
2. To develop a mechanism of institutional form of cooperation between the European Parliament, "Euronest", National Parliaments and the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people;
3. To introduce personal sanctions against the Russian Federation Supreme Court judges because they confirmed the illegal decision of the " Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea" from illegally annexed Crimea, violated Article 5, 18 and 19 of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), grossly violated even national Russian procedural law;
4.To recognize the actions of the Russian Federation as an ongoing act of genocide of the Crimean Tatar people of 1783-1944-2014.
At the level of the Ukrainian state:
1. Ukraine should raise this issue in the inter-state applications to the ECHR;
2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine should invite at the state level by the UN Special Rapporteur on Indigenous Populations in Ukraine, including the Crimea;
3. Urgently adopt a law on indigenous peoples of Ukraine, thus adequately introduce into the legal field of Ukraine the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people;
4. To develop a mechanism for institutional representation of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people as a part of Ukrainian representation in the inter-parliamentary cooperation.
At the level of the Crimean Tatar people:
1. The Crimean Tatar people should apply as soon as possible from the name of Mejlis as an organization to the European Court of Human Rights. It would also be advisable to apply to the ECHR the members of Mejlis, regional and local Mejlises as individuals whose rights have been restricted by occupants due to their participation in the system Mejlis – Kurultai;
2. In accordance with established procedures, inform officially the UN Secretary General, the Human Rights Council and UN bodies for indigenous people: Permanent Forum, the Expert Mechanism and the Special UN Rapporteur;
3. On behalf of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people to invite the UN Special Rapporteur on Indigenous Peoples in Ukraine, including Crimea;
4. To systematize the work of the Special Meeting of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people as an emergency organ of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people.
