Analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over 2021 (presentation)

The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presented an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over 2021. According to the organization, during the reporting period, the Russian security forces conducted 53 searches, 366 detentions and 366 interrogations, interviews and conversations. The total number of arrests for 2021 is 210: 25 new arrests, 40 administrative arrests, 118 extensions of detention, 28 sentences. There were 478 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial, 135 to the healthcare access. Also, 37 cases of transferring of political prisoners of Crimea were recorded. Fines were issued 140 times.
