The Estonian public broadcaster ERR (EESTI RAHVUSRINGHÄÄLING) has acquired the documentary film Crimea. Dehydration, the authors of which are the Crimean Tatar Resource Center and the Peace & Co Charitable Foundation.
The picture raises one of the most pressing issues of our time: the shortage of water on the peninsula, and highlights the irrational approach of the Russian authorities to the use of water resources. Do Crimeans need water from the Dnieper? Are the occupiers really trying to solve this issue? And who really needs water? You will find the answers to these questions in our film.
The film consists of five parts:
1) Water or searching for optimal solutions?
2) Militarization of the Crimean waters
3) Is there any chance for agriculture in Crimea?
4) Poison for Crimea
5) On the brink of a disaster: the eco-crisis in Crimea
This film will now be available on ETV, ETV2, ETV+, Jupiter and on the website www.err.ee from 1 January. MKMG transfers its commission to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
