The international movement for the de-occupation of Crimea and solidarity with the Crimean Tatar people #LIBERATECRIMEA within the framework of the international campaign Atalık (Godfather) launches the campaign “MP, help the Crimean political prisoners!” and calls on Ukrainian parliamentarians to take patronage over the Crimeans who were arrested or persecuted by the Russian occupants. The online presentation of the campaign, timed to coincide with the International Human Rights Day, will take place on Friday, December 11 from 17:00 to 18:00, via the ZOOM platform at the link: https://cutt.ly/PhE8h8H. We invite everyone to join the event and express solidarity with our compatriots who are illegally detained in jails and prisons in Crimea and Russia.
The event will be attended by former political prisoners, MPs of Ukraine, representatives of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, human rights defenders, activists and journalists.
